1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within
1-2 business days of being placed.

Orders placed on weekends or
Australian public holidays will be
processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation
email immediately after placing your order
and a separate shipping confirmation email
with your tracking details once your
order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your order
confirmation email within 1 hour of
placing your order please check your
spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Threshold: Orders over $50 AUD

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Cost: $12.95 AUD
Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days
Carrier: Australia Post express

All shipping costs are calculated
at checkout based on your delivery
address and selected shipping method.

3. FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

All orders over $50 AUD automatically
qualify for free standard shipping.

The free shipping threshold is calculated
on your order subtotal after any discount
codes have been applied and before
shipping costs are added.

Free shipping applies to standard
delivery only. Express shipping is
available at the standard express
rate regardless of order value.

Delivery times may be affected by
factors outside our control including
carrier delays, public holidays,

5. ORDER TRACKING

All orders include tracking as standard.

Your tracking number will be sent to
the email address provided at checkout
once your order has been dispatched.

You can track your order directly at
auspost.com.au using your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours after
receiving your shipping confirmation
for tracking information to become
active in the Australia Post system.

6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address
is complete and accurate at checkout.

Corvae Collective is not responsible
for orders delivered to an incorrect
address provided by the customer.

We are unable to redirect orders
once they have been dispatched.

If you realise you have entered
an incorrect address please contact
us immediately at
support@corvaecollective.com

We will do our best to update your
address before dispatch however
we cannot guarantee this once
an order has been processed.

7. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you are not home at the time
of delivery Australia Post will
leave your parcel in a safe location
if it is safe to do so.

If no safe location is available
your parcel will be taken to your
nearest Australia Post outlet
for collection.

You will receive a notification
card or email from Australia Post
advising of the collection location.

Parcels must be collected within
the timeframe specified by
Australia Post to avoid return
to sender.

8. PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS

We ship to PO boxes and Australia Post
parcel lockers for standard delivery.

Express shipping to PO boxes and
parcel lockers may not be available
in all areas. If express shipping
is unavailable to your address
standard shipping will be applied
and you will be notified.

9. MISSING OR LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within
the estimated delivery timeframe
please take the following steps:

Step 1
Check your tracking number at
auspost.com.au for the latest
status update.

Step 2
Check with neighbours or other
household members in case the
parcel was accepted on your behalf.

Step 3
Check your local Australia Post
outlet in case a collection card
was missed.

Step 4
If your parcel still cannot be located
contact us at support@corvaecollective.com
with your order number and tracking number
and we will lodge an investigation with
Australia Post on your behalf.

We will keep you updated throughout
the investigation process and work
to resolve the situation as quickly
as possible.

If your parcel is confirmed lost
we will send a replacement order
at no additional cost to you.

10. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged please:

· Take photos of the damaged packaging
  and product before opening fully
· Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  at support@corvaecollective.com
  with your order number and photos

We will arrange a replacement or
full refund at no cost to you.

Do not dispose of the damaged item
or packaging until we have resolved
your claim as we may need to lodge
a claim with Australia Post.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Corvae Collective currently ships
to Australia only.

International shipping is something
we are working toward. If you are
located outside Australia and would
like to be notified when international
shipping becomes available please
join our mailing list at

12. PEAK PERIODS AND DELAYS

During peak periods including but
not limited to Christmas, Boxing Day,
Black Friday, and Cyber Monday
processing and delivery times may
be extended beyond our standard
timeframes.

We recommend placing orders at least
10 business days before any date
you need your order to arrive during
peak periods.

We will notify customers of any
known delays via our website and
social media channels.

13. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

If you need to change your delivery
address after placing your order
contact us immediately at
support@corvaecollective.com

We will do our best to update
your address before your order
is dispatched however we cannot
guarantee changes can be made
once processing has begun.

Once an order has been dispatched
we are unable to redirect it to
a different address.

14. PACKAGING

All Corvae Collective orders are
packaged to ensure your product
arrives in perfect condition.

Our packaging is minimal and
considered — consistent with
our brand values of intentional
design and reduced waste.

Gift packaging is available for
The Eclipse Gift bundle and will
arrive presentation ready with
no additional preparation required.
